Magnificent and stunning location, it was within walking distance of the train station. The room was reasonably spacious, hopefully.

Fairly clean place, helpful and extremely friendly staff, incredible location. Easy check-in, late check-out, cheap room with kitchen, a proper bed, for instance. Very nice stay, as always.

The setting is perfect, right by the sea, pier and shops, and takeaways close, central area. Kemptown district is absolutely worth visiting.

Really had very enjoyable stay for shopping & theatre visit. The venue is fairly clean, with stunning and magnificent location just next door to the pier and the centre, Beighton beach, and Brighton Lanes.

As a couple living with family, we needed a place to retreat for a short while on Valentine's Day. Alvia was perfect for that, offering a clean and cozy room. The comfortable bed and newly refurbished bathroom were delightful. The location was convenient, tucked away in a quiet area but still close to great pubs and restaurants. The view from our room's big window was a nice bonus, and there was ample storage space for our belongings. a pleasant experience.
